Yoga Offerings

We provide yoga for all. We actively seek to change the image of a yoga practitioner to one which includes all levels of fitness, abilities, & medical status.

Why yoga?

We hold emotions and experiences in our body. In yoga we ground, stabilize, bend, and twist. We sometimes find ourselves in uncomfortable situations. We release, we accept, we open, and we flow, ultimately finding strength and stability. Movement helps us access space that is otherwise difficult to open. Yoga helps us cultivate the capacity to hold what’s present in any given moment with ease.

Our practice offers holistic yoga grounded in ancient yoga philosophy with an emphasis on the interconnection between body, mind, breath, and spirit. Practice is mindful to give time and space for safe movement and strengthened awareness.

We invite you into an offering to find your roots, grounding, and your ability to melt into ease.
